In 1984, Ms. McMenamin earned a bachelor's degree in communications and broadcasting from The Pennsylvania State University. She is a member of the Online News Association and the National Association of Broadcasters. Attributing her success to her strong leadership, effective crisis management and strategic planning skills, as well as a belief in the mission of international broadcasting, she has stayed on the cutting edge of changes in global media consumption habits to tailor products to market needs.
