This Week's TV: Guns and Ros appeal for Spooks' Hermione

LONDON, ENGLAND, October 28, 2009 /Television PR News/ -- Spooks returns for more high-octane action and Hermione Norris admits that is why she loves the show. 'I love the guns and the fights,' admits Hermione, who plays section leader Ros Myers.

The new series kicks off with spy boss Harry Pearce back after being kidnapped last series, and this year the team's main foe is the mysterious Nightingale group which is trying to provoke nuclear war.
Also in this week's issue, The Fixer's Andrew Buchan chats about his legal drama Garrow's Law: Tales From The Old Bailey, while The Bill's Graham Cole says goodbye to PC Tony Stamp after 25 years.
Into The Storm won Brendan Gleeson an Emmy but the actor tells TV Choice why he was worried about playing Winston Churchill. Meanwhile, after finding fame in Bad Girls and Coronation Street, Debra Stephenson has teamed up with Jon Culshaw for The Impressions Show With Culshaw And Stephenson.
Emmerdale's Lyndon Ogbourne reveals why he loves playing the show's evil Nathan Wylde, and fly-on-the-wall series The Family returns. Former EastEnder and I'm A Celebrity! winner Joe Swash meets his childhood crush, Baywatch babe Pamela Anderson.
In the soaps, Archie sets fire to The Vic in EastEnders, while Simon meets his grandad in Coronation Street. In Emmerdale, David proposes to Leyla in The Woolpack, while Scott shows his violent side in Doctors. After a flare up with her husband, Hollyoaks' Mercedes shares a passionate kiss with Calvin. In Neighbours, a stranger claims to be Donna's long-lost brother, and in Home And Away Xavier is dumped by Ruby.
