Kim Evans Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Video Production

Ms. Evans has nine years of professional experience as a visual effects and animation producer. An expert in post-production and financial management, she is an independent producer, responsible for maintaining budgets, finalizing costs with clients, and managing visual effects and 3D animation for television commercials, feature films and music videos. Prior to going into business for herself, Ms. Evans first honed her skills at Turner Broadcasting and Next Wave Productions in her native Atlanta. After two years, she felt ready to move to Los Angeles, where she quickly found work as a producer and post-production supervisor at Ring of Fire, working with national commercial projects, music videos and TV shows such as "George Lopez" and "The Drew Carey Show." She remained with that company for four years and left to work with The Syndicate in the same capacity, which provided her with even greater exposure and more opportunities to master her craft. Now an in-demand producer in her own right, she finds great enjoyment and fulfillment in seeing a project come to life and establishing collaborative working relationships with co-workers and clients. She attributes her success to the support she receives from her family, her perseverance and sense of humor.
In addition to industry-related training, Ms. Evans holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Sociology from Emory University. Her goals for the future include growing professionally in feature film production and gaining more experience in the film industry. She is currently working on a feature film production with Rhythm and Hues Studios, an Oscar winning animation and visual effects company.
