"The Clown Project" webseries bows online April 1st
/Television PR News/ - LOS ANGELES, CA, March 31, 2008 - The Clown Project, a mocumentary webseries, follows the lives of Boob (Bruce Wexler) and Drippy (Julien Schwab), two dedicated clowns trying to spread joy. The self-proclaimed "best two clowns in the world" attempt to drum up business with inventive and unconventional enterprises. Rounding out the cast of characters are the Clown Manager (Brian Glanney), the Girl Clown (Sarah Neff) and the Clown Girlfriend (Jennifer Fontaine).
The season of 15 3-minute webisodes bows online concurrently at www.clownprojecttv.com and www.nola.com April 1st.
Bruce Wexler, series creator quips, just as clowns walk a fine line between funny and scary, this project demonstrates how thin the line is between comedy and tragedy. The Clown Project marks Wexler's first collaboration with Jennifer Fontaine's Scorpio Rising Films who joins to plot post and distrib.
