/Television PR News/ - DEERFIELD, BEACH, FL - August 02, 2006 - PTGTV is pleased to announce the selection of BySynergy for its innovative, educational television series, New Home Journal. The organization will be featured in a segment on "Leaders in Community Development and Sustainable Building Practices" in our Models of Excellence Series.
BySynergy is a real estate community developer, based in Sedona, AZ, that uses maintainable building practices, state of the art ecological techniques, and old-world craftsmanship. They are financially supportive of community ventures in art, music and film.
They are constructing a model community, Bella Terra on Oak Creek, with magnificent Sedona as a background. It will have 106 homesites, a central plaza gathering area, and emphasize foot traffic as opposed to autos. The development will contain orchards and vineyards as well, with a distinctly European flavor.
