Latino Television Network, based in the Twin Cities (Minnesota) has been dissolved as of October 4th, 2004 and been renamed to Latino Television Network, LLC.

Organizational changes have taken place in the network, which has now named Jennifer Rodriguez as President, effective Oct. 4th, 2004. Joel Himmel will still act as Founder and CEO. Latino Television Network, LLC serves the Latino Community in the Greater Twin Cities Area as the only Spanish spoken news show that will be running Monday thru Friday from 12:00pm – 12:30pm. Latino Television Network, LLC will feature local and international news programming to include, sports, socioeconomics, community news, education and serves as a liaison for Education, Health Care and Financial information to the Latino Community as well. Local and National advertising will also break the language barrier between merchants and the Latino Community. Latino Television Network, LLC will feature future programming as well, scheduled to launch in 2005.

Latino Television Network, LLC (LTN) specializes in reaching the Latino Communities here in the Twin Cities area. LTN focuses on family entertainment and news with a main focus on education, health care, finances, socio-economics to the Latin consumer as well as bridging the gap between the Latin Community and National and regional merchant and corporations.
